The best Greek in Kleve. Very good quality of the food, great selection. Many regular guests, which speaks for the feel-good factor. Due to the lockdown, we all miss the cozy evenings in this great Greek restaurant.

The restaurant was full despite Corona. The tables are at least separated with plastic panels. Very bad air. Because of the "noisy" Dutch people, it was very noisy in the extension. This lost the comfort. Staff friendly and courteous, but often forgot to order or only bring half of the drinks. Food was ok. The food came after what felt like 10 minutes. Not suitable for vegetaria. We had a vegetarian with us. She had ordered a vegetarian starter twice. Unfortunately that was not taken into account. Otherwise the food was plentiful and good.

Amazing food. Oval plate is the “Special” dish. (92 by head) It’s a good value for money. Authentic Greek taste. Highly recommend it!

Really only recommendable! Nice service, very courteous and friendly! There is something tasty for everyone in the menu and you really can't complain about the prices. Rooms are very pleasant and comfortable. I love to eat there!

The place to be.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The portions of the dishes are reasonably large and taste super delicious! We have been there for the second time and are thrilled again by the positive all around package. Keep it up!

Better then most places in kleve

Very nice staff, unfortunately was alone on site. Food was fresh, drinks came quickly, everything was good! Ambience was lacking because of Corona

The food really isn't special. We had Giros with Moussaka. The Giros was hard and the Moussaka had almost no taste. Staff are friendly and helpful. But not a Greek restaurant like we are used to. Eating very little taste and therefore not good quality. Unfortunately, the Baklava was also low in nuts. A pity but never again.

Comfortably furnished restaurant. Great menu. Good food Adequate portions. Mixed service staff. Kostas - the boss - is a stunner. The waiters can learn a lot from that. Recommended.

I visited this restaurant last night. I was expecting more than I had . The portions are big , enough to have a proper dinner but the quality of the food is not that good. If you ever have been tasting the real Greek food you will know that it's not even 1% close. The service was terrible. I don't know if the staff is new but they didn't make you feel good and comfortable. We will not gonna visit again.

We love it here. Make reservations early because it is a popular place.

Their baby calamari is great as appetizers. Always friendly and they serve good portion and also greet their guests with greek liquor.

4* They are real Greeks making greek-ish dishes. I guess it is like most international products that get adapted to local preferences, like the Italian restaurant also tastes very different in Italy. It is sitting just over the Dutch/German border and offer plenty of seating. Menu is good, not too big or too small. Friendly personel, and not expensive. Ideal for a quick eat out without going broke :)

Cosy Greek restaurant with a great choice of meals and drinks. The Bauern salad is superior. The location is quasi authentic: on the Acropolis of Kleve. Very friendly staff. A recommendation for a tasty Greek bite.

Very tasty

Been a guest for many years but tonight was a total disaster. They served me raw/cold meat twice. Only the 3rd time they got it right. In the end i was eating alone because the other guests already finished their meals. No sorry, no nothing. All the they could do was to argue with me that it was as it supposed to be. Really? How come the other guests at my table had their meat fully cooked? You don't eat raw pork meat.This was our last visit to Akropolis.

Don't expect much so you won't be disappointed. The reviews are good, maybe we came in a bad day but the food was mediocre (two of the main dishes came out cold) and the staff didn't really contribute to our experience.
